JACKET COMMITTEE

 
Committee Chairperson:  Doug Hinck
 
 
Description:
  1. After each sports season the Athletic Booster Club awards jackets to the athletes who have attained six points andwhose parents have met their requirement of three points for volunteering.  
  2. Jackets are awarded in November, March and June.

Committee Responsibilities:

  1. Track and monitor athletic and parent points
  2. Contact parents whose child is soon to qualify for their jacket, but have not fulfilled their volunteer points
  3. Deliver jacket award and non-qualifying letters to Athletic Office
  4. Deliver list of athletes who have been awarded jacket to out side vendor along with the deadline for placing jacket orders.  Follow up with vendor prior to deadline to ensure all qualifying athletes have ordered their jacket.  Contact those that have not.
  5. Report jacket results at the next Athletic Booster Club monthly meeting
